If you would like to cancel your services and get it refunded you have to buy the Refund Service.

The Refund Service can be purchased online booking or at the Sros Service Centre. When buying services the cancellation and refunding is already included in the services price.

Unused Services can be cancelled and refunded.

If you cancel unused services, the 80% price of the services is refunded. When cancelling partly used services, the amount left over from the unused services is refunded. Only completely unused combination passages are refundable. Partly used day-services are non-refundable. The handling fee, the online booking charge and the price of the Returns Service are non-refundable.

The Refund Service is valid up to 7 days after the originally booked outbound departure date. No refund in a case of later cancellation.

If you want to cancel your services in full you can do this via “Email or call” at S R Online Solutions. If you want to cancel a partially used service you have to contact the SROS Service Centre in written form by sending the booking number and Services Details.

If your return is approved we will initiate a refund to your account or in credit card.

You will receive the credit within certain days, depending on bank policies.
